Problem dowloanding Nancy Drew game

We got the Secret of the Old Clock and it keeps stalling out loading at 11% at the ciftree.dat file. I went to the herinteractive site and it says shut off Norton anit-virus and delete everything and start over. Did that, same problem. We have played every other version and never run into this problem before. Any other advice on what I can do to get it past this point? Thanks.

I think you meant Installing and not downloading.

Are you using Vista?

Also copy the contents of the CD's to a folder.

If 2 CD's then copy the 2nd CD to a folder, then the 1st CD to the same folder overwriting files. And install from the folder.

My neice loves Nancy Drew, and guess who had to buy them all.

Her Interactive doesnt have a downloadable version of the game, only from selected stores and from Her Interactive themselves.

But im sure he meant installation.
