need help? TQ:IT no items

I go through the mission, and i can not pick up any items, they will not highlight, I tried dropping items and I can not pick them back up? any help would be appreciated,
sorry if I should not post this question here, but I can't find anywhere else, and tried to search the net for two days now with no luck... thanks you

Wrong section should be in general section.

And your best speaking to the developers about this, they can help more on this subject than we can.

This is not some issue with the game, this is its feature.

To disable this feature start game, go to options menu, under general tab uncheck entry "Lock Item Pickup". Voila! Problem is solved.
