Does anyone know if this is available? I cannot find this patch anywhere. Ive tried mega games and tried using patching tools which i just recieve errors with.
This is for an extracted ps1 game to play on a psp. The screen is a little low. There is no option to more screen up within the game options.

I extracted it from a PAL cd..

I am also trying to find a patcher tool that will convert PAL to NTSC to play on my psp which was extracted from a ps1 cd. I have tried all that mega games have to offer and more. Unless i can figure out the Y positions i don`t think its possible.. anyone have any ideas?
