BF2 1.41 - Need serious help :(

Hello Everyone,

I know there are 2 or 3 threads on this topic but what happens is pretty weird.

Ok, so i installed and patched the game but it simply won't start when my DvD is inserted in the drive.

I get the BF2 logo and the application shut down (actually, it never starts).

Now, i tried with the No CD available on Gamecopy World and it works like a charm. But it's the 1.4 version.

So i've been trying to find a 1.41 No CD but there is none anywhere. So i tried the Mini Image way, but it does exactly what it does with my original DvD. It won't simply start. I thought it might be my DvD Drive (Pioneer DVR-111) whiwh was faulty but then it would work with the Mini Image, right?

Well, anyway, i'm in total despair...i reinstalled my computer few hours ago, and it never did that to me before :(

Any help, someone please?

You can try your DVD on a friends PC, just to check if your DVD is damaged.

But keep in mind: When your original DVD is not working, then contacting the publisher is better way.

Just tried on my friend's computer and it works perfectly.

I contacted the EA Support but i don't expect any help any soon. They are kinda slow :(
