mp3 player disc error

My extreme for mobile mp3 player wont let me go into my music folder and it keeps coming up with disk error but it will let me go and listen to the fm radio could you please help me?

Yes the brand of my mp3 player is "extreme for mobile" and no i have been waiting for replies from the manufacturer , the website is extremeformobile.com.au if you are interested in taking a look thanks again
