Pc Trouble!!

Hi, I am having pc trouble and would like everyones opinion. My son was constantly restarting the pc using the button on the front of the case.Now the pc turns on and you can here everything working except there is no picture and the harddrive light is staying on. I have a seperate graphics card (geforce) and am running Xp on a pentium 4 3.0ghz, Msi 865Pe motherboard.Hope some one can help me and tell me how to fix this problem. thanks alot.

The cable/connector from the monitor isn't pluged in right ????

This has happened twice to me in the last 12 months, it turned out both motherboards had died. :eek:

Im suprised no-one asked him did he get any beeps.

Or ask if his GFX card was in the PCI-e or AGP slot correctly and firmly.
