Starship Troopers menu problem

I just installed Starship Troopers but when the opening screen appears the options menu is blank! I've read that there is a problem for some users with Nvidia graphics cards (I have one, of course). I don't know if this is the reason. Regardless, the files that the .NFO in the patch tells you to replace don't exist. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

What patch, what .NFO file? Have you upgraded your video card driver? Read the PC Games forum FAQ.
