loading a game using chipped ps2 and dvd region x

Hi
Hoping somone can help. i haven't loaded a copied game in a really long time and therefore cannot remember how to go about it. Can anyone please give me step by step instructions on how to load a game using dvd regionx. And i mean step by step, i haven't a clue!!!
