Gothic 3 1.09 crack does not work...

I tried the RUSSIAN and the other FIXED versions separate and together and no matter what I do it doesn't work.

The .exe those cracks give is TINY in size and I get the same error upon starting the game...something memory something...

Any clues why those cracks do not work?

The EURO v1.09 has been updated and should work better!

well I used the russian version when it first appeared and it's been fine for me on my english copy of gothic 3.

In what way has the euro version improved things can anyone enlighten me?
