Pacific Storm v1.3 NoCD Fix

it's very good wargame.:)
However, when "1.3 patches" is installed, it doesn't start.:confused:
The NoCD file has not been released yet.:( :(

I hope a great creator makes new NoCD.

The V1.3-patch was released on 12th Dec.
We have to wait at least 2 weeks, to give the professional crackers enough time to release their stuff.
