xbox bios using tsop flashing

I have the software for x ecuter 2. I do not have the chip. I need to know how to flash the software to the existing chip in the xbox. I can't get a mod chip cause theres no way my parents would buy me one. If i can flash it to the xbox, will i be able to do hard mods to the xbox?
