Backing up DVDs with "Commentary"

Those DVDs with producer/director commentary seem to always back up correctly, but the only audio I get is the commentary . . . not the movie dialog. :confused:

I am using AnyDVD and CloneDVD2, latest versions.

Can anyone help?

Hope this is not considered a "bump." :confused:

Further information: I tried to back up the same DVD that had the audio problem stated above with a trial copy of DVDFab, and it worked perfectly. The copy was exactly like the original, allowing one to select standard dialog audio or commentary dialog.

Has anyone else experienced this problem with the AnyDVD/CloneDVD2 combination? I am using the latest versions of both programs.
