Help on Need For Speed Carbon Only Half The Screen???

Could anyone help i have patched my copy of nfs carbon (tried 2 different patches same result) but when i load it runs fine except i can only see the left half of the screen???
tried to reduce screen resolution but same thing???? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

sorry i meant a no-cd patch i had the same trouble with open season for my daughter so i tried another no-cd patch from gamecopyworld and i got the full screen?? im kinda new to the game patching scene

i also have the same trouble with tony hawks pro 4??

my spec is roughly:

intel celeron 3 gb cpu on an msi 7060 board
nvidia ge force fx5500
1 gb ram
all upto date with drivers

most other games work fine like scarface micromachines Pirates of the Caribbean tiger woods 07

Hi all,i face a problem is once i save (even i activate auto save) the game and exit the game, after that i select the game and go back to career...all the files gone and have to play from start again...any solution plz.....thanks

@cesar_67: Does this occur without a crack, too? I think it does, it seems to be a video driver-/DirectX-related problems. Try without a crack, read the forum FAQ, update your drivers and, if still no luck, contact the publisher.

Thanks first..Yes i did istall directX...but without install directx or without crack i can't play the game..so what should i do now? Sry i noob....

don't wanna create a new thread bout Carbon. So writing here. Can anyone send me the original exe-file of the game ([email protected])? I've just experienced Razor 1.0 crack's issue: in the 1.2 version of NFS Carbon won cars dont appear in the garage. They say this issue may be caused by that crack...
