If you mean linking to an NFO site then no, as they do not show you where to get any files and they remove any Serial numbers/CD Keys from the NFO's, so just seeing the NFO is of no use to you.

Savegames of Need for Speed Carbon contain the serial/key (if you hex edit you can see for yourself). Is it right to have them hosted in GCW?

Well, blank out the key and up the savegame to gcw. The validator-tools out there are able to patch the desired key back into the savegame.

Not your serial of course, but the key the savegame-downloaders are using playing their own games.
