Problem in FiFa 2006

I m not able to go to main menu after i try to quit da game.......Plzzzz can anyone help me........Is there a problem in my system or is it bcoz i m usin da no cd crack.

my comp specifications are ::

P-4,3 Ghz
64 graphic card
256 mb ram
