Problem with Cannon Spike

I've got the game cannon spike in nrg format, i burn it but when i put it in my dreamcast (after the boot cd) there are 3 step:
- the game load to 99%
- black screen during 5 second
- dreamcast main menu :(

Somebody can help me, i don't understand what's wrong ? (I try burning with discjuggler, nero and poweriso after conversion)

A friend make a backup from my original game. I never use it but 3 days ago my cat (2 month) jump on the cd and destroy it so if I want to play, I must use the backup...understand ?
So can you help me or I go search help on another forum.

Maybe you better get the friend that made the backup help you.
