I've got LMA Manager 2007. It installed fine but when i go to play it, it keeps saying 'Fatal Error' 'Sorry unable to find a supported graphics card'

I have a Toshiba Equium A60 and specs are
Windows XP Home Edition with service pack 2
Pentium 4
Total Physical Memory 512.00 MB
Available Physical Memory 195.20 MB
Total Virtual Memory 2.00 GB
Graphics - ATI MOBILITY RADEON 7000 IGP
Adapter RAM 64.00 MB (67,108,864 bytes)
40 gig Hard drive

Not sure if i've missed anything out i need to put

Is there something there that isn't enough to play this game.
I only brought the laptop about 14 months ago

Any help would be grateful

I've played games on this machine before with out any problems so it must have some sort of graphics card.

Yes, of course it has a graphics card, but not one capable of playing LMA. ;)

And i thought i had a good laptop. Well thanks for the help. Looks like i'll be getting a better graphics card when the cash flow improves

changing the gfx card on a laptop isn't always.. (1) possible, (2) practical, (3) cheap...

In terms of laptop specs yes its a good laptop, but remember laptops are not for gaming, except the gaming spec built laptops that cost more.

Most of the companies don't offer support for laptop vidoecards anymore.
Supported Graphics cards
- ATi Radeon 8xxx, 9000, 9200, 9500, 9550, 9600, 9700, 9800, x700, x800, x850, x1300, x1600, x1800, x1900
- nVidia GeForce 3, GeForce 4 (Not including MX versions), GeForce FX 5200, 5600, 5700, 5800, 5900, 5950, 6800, 7800, 7950
As you can see no support for laptop cards or integrated graphic cards.
It's a trend that started about two years ago and now is reaching its peak.
Most of the time the laptop graphic cards or the integrated graphic cards are lagging behind the standalone graphic cards. Most of the time the laptop and the integrated versions are stripped for most of the chipset performance.
So either buy an outrageous expensive laptop or just go for the desktop PC that can be easily upgraded. Laptop upgrades are just that expensive that they aren't a solution. Also with the actual trend of not supporting laptop videocards and integrated video cards, the laptop goes back to its original purpose: a tool for the traveling businessmen or for learning.

You can buy PCMCIA slot GFX cards. Expect to pay a bit for them. But its an option to upgrade your GPU.
