NBA 2007 don't run

Hi all,
I just downloaded NBA 2007 and i cracked it also, when i start the game i see only black screen, which gos until i end it with ctrl+alt+del (then i can see that the CPU is working at 100% and that the game doesnt respond), i have the correct version of DirectX... Please help me Thanks :( :(
