Problem with TOCA Race driver 3 NODVD

hi
when i run game with fixed exe by RLD and when i want to start any race >> game crashes.i didn't have this type of problem with demo.
so what should i do

i know that my pc isn't good for this game but i played demo without problems

Duron 700, 384RAM, GeForce FX 5200 ForceWare 91.31, WinXP SP2

is a chance that that problem is caused by SP2?
