I recently purchased this game .It was installed properly however when i launch a mission, after a few minutes of playing my units die automatically.I believe this is a registry error as i heard have that EA purposefully to prevent piracy have taken such steps.Can someone please suggest a way in order to run the game

nope, it is not a registry issue, its a protection issue indeed, but not registry based... scan your install dir with protectionid or something and see if the exe is actually protected or cracked (i would suspect the latter)...
