hi friends i have buyied a New agp 8x card 6600GT 2 days earlier my system is Intel 865GBF motherboard with Pentium 4 2.80 800 HT windows XP with sp2 when i play Fifa 2006WC,Cricket 2005 it just hangs and restarts pls anyone reply me what is the problem its very urgent

You got the same problem in other games too?

Check so that you have the newest drivers, make sure the PSU (Power Supply Unit) have enough power to keep the entire rig running...

Give us some more specs and we might be able to give some tips... :)

i have 450 smps and i have downloaded latest driver from their web site the version is 66.93

get the latest drivers from nvidias website instead. 66.93 is old as heck. I'm sitting here with 84.43 so you get the point...

450 smps? Keh?

Also, does it happen with other games too? Or with any benchmarking application?

Latest WHQL drivers yes, there are newer ones to but they should only be used if you are fully aware of what you are doing... ;)
