NFSMW Cartuner in english?

I tried to use the cartuner 1.3 for my NFSMW game but it didnt work..

I know some german and got it to run the game, but it said this when i clicked my career name "**** has been damaged and cannot be used"

Is there a cartuner like this one thats in english?
