why does i recieve an error msg every time i try to launch the setup file in Tycoon City new york??
it sad like this :

i didnt any run any programs
my temp folder was empty
n my internet connection was off too....

can aby budy help me??

This is an install shield failure. Google after it. You need to rename/delete some folders in windows. Its not direct a problem of the game.
