Instead of modding a PS2 myself I was thinking of ordering a premodded PS2 and save the headache of doing it myself .
Is the DMS4 Pro S.E. chipped PS2 a good way to go since it cost more than the others?
If anyone knows of a better place to order from than the link below, please let me know. Thanks in advance!!!!

If it was my money i would just go buy a new console from a local store then send it to Spedmetal at www.norcalmods.com. It would be a little cheaper NTM you can rest assured you have a quality chip and install.

Damn, they are out of Crystal 1.1 chips....:eek:
I also didn't realize you cannot have a harddrive connect with a new PS2.:( Only up to V13 and less will work.

I got a DMS4 Pro SE flashed with ToxicOS and it works great, but let professionals like norcalmods do the job.
I installed it myself and it works great, however i'm not satisfied with the quality of my work. My first PS2 modding was more difficult than i imagined.
