elder scrolls IV oblivion dvd backup help

i just bought oblivion and am looking for advice on making a backup of the dvd.

i didn't do this with my bf2 dvd and learned my lesson.

as for software i have alchohol 120, nero 6 and daemon tools. i have also downloaded the no dvd patch.

what would i use to make a backup of the dvd?
