I have copied many games with dvd decrypter(ver. 3.5.4.0) but with this game it stops decrypting to my hard drive at 28%.Any idea?Maybe someone who successfully made a copy?

Try a different program. Alcohol 120% is excellent for PS2 games... :)

Sounds like your disc is damaged then (Damage doesn't have to be visible btw)

Black, and all other ps2 games are not protected :)
