Hi there,

I just got an image of "Handball Manager 2005-2006"

I found out that there is a VOB Protection on the CD...but now I need to hide Daemon Tools for the VOB Protection. Can anyone help me, cause there is no crack available for months.

thanx

If you are using version 4 Daemon Tools isn't the problem, but PCD5/6 searches VERY exhaustive for the existence of Alcohol 120%

Uninstall Alcohol ;) (even when not in use an existing Alcohol installation avoids gamestart)

How did you create your images ?
What other copy protection related software is installed on your system ?

As far as i know PCD6 also uses the general SCSI blacklisting (like SF3, SD4.6, Sec7) as long as IDE drives are found in your system; as a last resort you can try whether a mounted image works while your REAL drives are "deactivated" with one of the usual AB tools.

I build my images with clonecd, once installed for an image, it is uninstalled right after that.
there is nothing else installed, only Daemon Tools 4...
i tried deactivating my other drives but i could have been smashing my head
against a wall and it would have the same effect.
I'm getting mad, I'd never had problems with copyprotections like SF,SR and all this sh** now there is this goddamn ProtectCD and I'm at the end of the line...SCREW IT *grrr*

You have to perform a D.P.M. (Alcohol) or topology extraction (Blindwrite) with that kind of protection. CCD won't do the job.
