I bought a number of legitimate pc games in Thailand recently and I cannot get them to work in Australia. Can some one tell me why they do not work or how I can get them to work.

Games bought on the street in Thailand are never legitimate... That's why they're cheap. Because they're pirated.

Never mind; contact the publisher and ask for their help.

Mind you, if those were illegitimate games, the crack would already be included on them. :D

Damn! You buy a game, that is obviously a pirated copy, and you don't even get a crack included? How unprofessional! :D

(Why do I have the feeling that this thread should be closed? ;))

I think they are I bought them in the MBK store and they are all professionally packaged with registration codes. I bought FEAR and the installation disc will not let me agree to the terms and conditions of the license agreement.

Silvers are common in Thailand and Hong Kong, they are cheap to make with the right equipment, so look like originals but they are not.

Scroll down the terms and conditions (as you would if you read it), once you get to the bottom the box will then allow you to tick it; to agree to the terms and conditions - allowing you to install the game.
