I can't play online.......

I have a duo se modchip and it works great but the only problem is that I can't play my madden online, because I guess it detects my modchip. My madden is an original game and I don't see why I can't play it online. Is there a modchip that allows you to play online with your original games??? I'm worried because I really want to play that new US winning eleven game online as soon as I pick up my copy in gamestop. What can I do? Please help me. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!

that chip should be able to be turned off for that reason, not sure how tho cause i got a different one. keep looking and youll figure it out

Yes backroc2 is correct. In fact the Duo chips turn off the same way as the Apple chips. Just hold reset until you see the "Sony Entertainment" screen, if its a V9/V10 hold reset until you just start to see the blue clouds appear on the screen, any longer and the console will turn off :)
