Best current chip for ps2?

Hey all

Got a small [huge] problem.
Seems that my mighty messiah chip that has seen me through thick and thin over the years disables component to rectify the 'green screen' problem on dvd playback.
Now HDTV is out we all want component out and I am looking for the best chip that doesn't disable component [don't need dvd anyway]

Any recommendations?
