Looking for a DVD iso editor

Hi all. I have been using winiso for quite some time to edit Cd Iso's, recently I tried editing a few Dvd Iso's but winiso returned an asertion failed error. I tried another Iso editor (can't recall which one?) and it gave the same error. Is there an Iso editor that is capable of opening an Iso file as large as a Dvd?

Thanks guys, I tried out Ultraiso and Isobuster, there was no doubt, Ultraiso is a far better app. Easy to use and does straight editing, no need to extract, edit then insert, and the backup when saving option is a nice fail safe for us newbies. Great advice, thanks again.
