Quake 4 cd key problem =(

I got the Deviance Quake 4 and i installed it the way davience said. I used teh cd key that was given. The only problem is that when i start up Quake 4, a box pops up and says that my cdkety is alredy in use and i shud eneter the cd key thats on my jewel box or booklet or something.
Heres a pic of what i see.

Any help would be grately appreciated.
ps. i updated it to 1.0.4 patch and still the same problem.
