Nascar Racing 2003 - rts.dll

I didn't know where to post this and i am new so sorry if i have disturbed anyone...but
I bought this game of a friend, but it must have been copied or something because i am missing a file, rts.dll, everytime i try to load the game up that file is missing and i cant play the game despite reinstalling it a number of times.
Does anyone know where i can find this file

You will not get any game file here, which have to be on your original cd/dvd.

If the game you bought is a real original cd or dvd, then contact the official game support or their forum.
If you bought a Warez copy, then shame on you.
