1- Make a temp folder called "DMH" for example.
2- Copy the content of CD2 to the temp folder.
3- Copy the content of CD1 to the temp folder and overwrite.
4- Burn with your favourite software (I used Nero v6.6.0.15) or create a DVD image and use any label (I used DMH_DVD).
