1- Make a temp folder called "Scrapland".
2- Copy the content of CD1 to the temp folder.
3- Copy the content of CD2 to the temp folder without overwrite.
4- Burn with your favourite software (I used Nero v6.6.0.13) or create a DVD image and use any label (I used SCRAPLAND_DVD).
If the setup program asks for CD1 at the end of the installation, just press ok.
