Create temp folder and name it XIII_DVD
Copy all files and folders from DISK1 (XIII_CD1) to temp folder.
From DISK2 (XIII_CD2) copy folder 'Sounds' and 'data3.cab' to temp folder.
From DISK3 (XIII_CD3) copy folder 'Sounds' and 'data4.cab' to temp folder, and overwrite everything when asked.
From DISK4 (XIII_CD4) copy folder 'Sounds' and 'data5.cab' to temp folder, and overwrite everything when asked.
Download 'XIII Patch v1.01' (http://www.3dgamers.com/dlselect/games/xiii/xiii_1.01.exe.html) (not the XIII SafeDisc v1.3 CodeGame Patch!) and put it in separate folder inside temp folder. I downloaded it from 'FileShack'.
Download 'XIII v1.01 [ENGLISH] No-CD/Fixed Files' (http://dl.gamecopyworld.com/?f=dev-x1nc!rar) by DEViANCE from GameCopyWorld, and put it in separate folder named 'Crack' inside temp folder also.
If you use crack which isn't 'nocd', than game will ask you to insert all 4 CDs for playing, this crack fixes it.

Burn all files from 'temp folder' to DVD, using name 'XIII_DVD' or any other you like.
