View Full Version : FIFA 2006 No CD

I need your help.
I have followed all the steps described in this site, but I still get the message to insert a valid FIFA 06 DVD-ROM.
This is what I am doing:

Install the game - Full Installation.
Mount the MINI_FIFA06.MDS CD-Image using Daemon Tools v3.47 or Alcohol 120% v1.9.5.3105.
Play the Game without the CD!

Is there any step that I am missing?

thks for the tip but I have already read all.:eek:
I am using the Alcohol 120%. Is there any special configuration that I must use?
I dont Know what's going on but I still can start the game:confused:

Well firstly, does the game install and play correctly from the original Discs without using any cracks or mini images?

hey fellaz

I installed the game and mounted the mini file. i started the game strange enough the game also starts without mounting anything but when i want to play at the beginning of the load screen it stops and it returns to windows. I dont get **** nomore. tryed everything. i tryed fixed files and re installing. I also had a rar file with the name fix containing:
fix.bat
fix.ims
uharc06.exe

i unpacked this and it did something in dos and it fused into one file: chants.big

Now i'm lost here... so any help would help alot.

You found an UHArc-compressed archive on your original CD/DVD?!

Well, there isn't one in the original disc so something smells fishy here and it isn't my socks...

@fifa2006: Good! If you have problems with using the original game, contact the publisher, instead of complaining here. Read the FAQ for more infos.

I don't want to comment the "fact" that you found a 1) pre-packaged fix 2) in UHArc format on your "original disk". Both are very unusual and suggest that your "original disk" is, actually, a warezed disk or rip. I would've closed this thread but I'm not sure if benfica1 would like to ask some more questions...

No my bad theres was a uharc in the fix file not on the cd itself.
just help me out wit it.

Closed; I assume, IMS stands for Immersion and what you're talking about is an Immersion-made fix for the Immersion-made rip. Which is not the original. Next time, if you have problems with a warez copy, solve them yourself, and read the forum rules! You have not been banned, but only because I'm not absolutely sure about the situation. Beware, next time I won't be this cautious!
