Please can anyone help me with this game i backed it up and installed it again and no matter what i do mini imges etc it just crashes back to desk top iv not updated it so its the basic game iv tried all the cd hiding protection progs but no good iv never had this problem before i backed up warhammer winter assault without probs and used safe disc hider with daemon tools its driving ne mad iv read every post but still cant get it to run i just hate using original dvd all the time as i have found ea disc have a tendancy to cracj near the niddle after a while please can anyone help

1. Is it working when you use original dvd?
2. Update it (V1.1.2 is latest patch) and try again!

I got the very same problem. Setting the parameter "fullscreen 0" make it work - only oin window, tought, but it work. I then selected 800 x 600 and it still not work, yet another day when I just try run BF2 exe w/o any options, it suddently start working. So maybe reboot after that and you are maybe in luck? :confused: :p

I still wonder how anyone can ask money for such bad work anyway... :mad:

The fact is games will have bugs etc, but if it was working before and not now, there is a possibility that your system isnt configured correctly.

Perhaps not updated drivers for your hardware.
