wrong image size?

i have pacthed a game so that pal plays in the u.s.a. but when i go to burn the game the image size is the wrong size! who do i fix this? is their a program that i may need? plz help.

What game and what patch?

gta2 pal, patch pal 2 ntsc

Never, ever, use NERO.
If you need to apply a patch then create a cd image using CDRWin and burn with same prog.
