yeah, i have the same problem as pro_kash2005. it says always that the game cannot be executed. I also tried with turning it in win2000, but that doesn't work too.
does it work if you use the original executable and the original disk?

After you have mounted the image file activate virtual hide CD (if you have it, if not, download it) and hide your virtual drives, then you can also use anti-blah or safedisc 4 Hider, actually try both anti-blah and Safedisc 4 hider, I dont know why but sometimes games wont run unless I have both running, (I've found that they both work on many different games reguardless of protection), then once you have done that look for the virtual hide CD icon (it should be a disc with a red tick on it but once activated the tick will turn to a big RED CROSS) on the system tray and right click it and hit exit. Once you have done that just start the game and hopefully it will run. Changing the games exe file to 2000 compatibilty might help too.
I've done this with many games and they never work until I activate virtual hide CD but get rid of it on the tray.
Good luck anyway, I hope it works for you!:D

I can't run the game.I always get a message which says: A required security module can't be activated. The program can not be executed.
I use dameon tools 4,I also choose windows 200 as comptability mode.
When you use Sr7Stop etc close them after use and try again.
Also if anti-blaxx is running close it also.

I got it working with image 3 from GCW (didn't try the others)
Just DT 4, no emulation switches, all DVD-roms enabled, w2000 compatibility
I just did this
Find HKLM\System\MountedDevices and locate the registry key that
corresponds with your virtual drive. For example: \DosDevices\G: is mine.
Rename this key to anything else such as \DosDevices\G:backup. Make sure
that you do not deny any permissions to MountedDevices, otherwise Securom
will indicate that a security module couldn't be activated
Unfortunately after a reboot this change is gone so re-apply everytime
you want to play this game (unless someone knows how to counteract this)
Hope this helps?

Where did you get this MountedDevices trick from; any URL's for a guide? Also, are you sure this isn't dangerous; isn't it possible that fiddling it may result in your drive(s) disappearing (forever)?
like any registry modifications, it is dangerous, try blocking the key and then puting in a drive like a usb stick or whatever.. the mounteddevices one i think was mentioned in the forums a few times along with the \scsi port x\
one (where x = a number usually from 1-4) key that contains the daemon/alc driver name etc etc.. the only 'good' thing is that if you screw up the key, a reboot usually fixes things back to normal (with the side effect of the drive letters may possibly be screwed up), some people say it works flawlessly, others have messed up their systems, some progs even delete the keys so the protection doesnt find them

Good, I guessed so; I won't include it along with the tips & tricks then!
"Changing the games exe file to 2000 compatibilty might help too"
I'm running windows 2000, every time i try to play from a backup i get the security module could not be loaded, is there some trick to getting it to work under 2000 ?
