Whats best for backup, Blind Write or Alcohol?

Whats best for backup, Blind Write or Alcohol? Loads of folk say Blindwrite is better for backing up starforce games. And what settings do I have the program on when Im reading a Starforce image.

The "How to make your own mini image" thread suggests using Alcohol 120%.

If my game Safedisk/Smarte/Starforce then I use Alcohol more times, if
my game Securom I use Blindwrite or sometimes both...:p ;)

I have never failed to get a game to backup onto dvdrw with alcohol and it installs fine, but ive wasted many dvdr trying the same no matter what settings i tweak. (inc FEAR / Quake 4 / CoD2 / and)

The Sims range of games (sim2 + all expansions to date) i used cloncd and all is good i can install from the backup dvdr's, works for Splinter Cell 3 (CT) too)
