I think "Slayers auto-installer" will install and format for you, however, I have never used it so I wouldn't exactly know.

SlaYers AutoInstaller will format, reinstall and set standard configs for your xbox if you wish it too...

Auto-Installer Deluxe 2.xx will do the same thing... But will install newer versions of all apps and stuff.

most software can be found on xbins, google for help on connecting. Do to legal issues, we cannot link to binaries or sites hosting.

The installers are be found on torrents do to their size.
