[Help] Sims 2 dvd backup

hey!
I have the original Sims 2 german on 4 cd's. I made a DVD Backup with the help of this post http://fileforums.com/showpost.php?p=261901&postcount=63 . But when I try to run the game an error pops-up http://img153.imageshack.us/img153/5671/neubitmap4wx.jpg (http://imageshack.us) . There stands "d/dvd emulationsoftware was found, deactivate cd/dvd emulationsodtware and restart the game".
Between:
- I've already overwrite the *01.tmp with the 2kb one
- I am using The Sims 2 v1.0 [MULTI] No-DVD/Fixed EXE
- and the DVD is named "Sims2_1" (without the ")
... I just followed the guidance from Ewoud who created the guild for making a CD to DVD backup!

I hope someone can tell me reason what I've done wrong and help me out!

"cd/dvd emulationsoftware was found, deactivate cd/dvd emulationsodtware and restart the game".You have either CloneCDVirtualDrive, DaemonTools or Alcohol 120% installed.
Just uninstall them. If you need DaemonTools or Alcohol120%, just reinstall it and rename the drivers (bus/scsi) during the installation.

Nope, needs to replace the 02.tmp file as well.

mh I don't have CloneCDVirtualDrive, DaemonTools or Alcohol 120% installed.
And I have already replaced that 02.tmp too!
At the first time I could play it without my original cd's by replacing the multi crack from money. But after a reinstallation the problem develops... So I tried to make a backup of Sims 2.

1. Uninstall "The Sims 2".
2. Reinstall the game and apply the latest patch for the game and install it directly after game installation.
3. Create a FULL-IMAGE of the SIMS2-PLAYDISC (CD 1).
4. Put the created IMAGE in a virtual drive!
5. Play the game without CD! :)

Both .tmp files should replace the originals on your backup copy.
If they are not the crack will fail.
