Emperor battle for dune [Archive]

hello. i know this game is old 2001 but i am having trouble playing it. the installation is fine but when i am running it after a while i says game.exe error and cracshes i have tried it on both xp and 98 because it doesnt support xp. but on win98 se it should work. unfortunately it doesnt. its a pentium 2 400, 384 ram, 3dfx voodoo 3 2000 and i dont know what is wrong about it. can ayone help me? thanks

Is DirectX installed on your windows 98 machine?

The EA support page for Emperor Battle for Dune seems more crappy before the page got updated used to be more useful information
