FIFA 06 - Error report problem

I have an unorginal fifa 06... i play the game through the mini image.
the game works fine up untill i get an error report...

The error report happens in my saved game (manager mode)...
i'm stuck in certin game monaco - rangers (i'm monaco:) )
Everytime i finsh the game , i click on to go to the next menu so the game
does scheduling... then each time on 37% the game goes back to windows...
with an error report !
