Convert Pc Games From 3 Cd Into Dvd

Excuse me for my bad English, I'm Italian and i have a question:
can I convert a pc game from 3 cd's into 1 dvd?
The games are:
Lord of the Ring: the return of the king 3cd
Toca Race driver 2cd
need for speed Underground 2cd
