No, there isnt a crack. There wont be one anytime soon. Use the mini image if you want to play the game without the CD inserted anytime soon.

Are you using Alcohol 120 to mount the image? You have to rename the drivers if you are.

All images won't work for me either. Guess I have to wait for a cracked exe. Is anyone close on achieving this?

None of the ppl who do visit this forum. They have better ways to waste their free time. Make a mini image from your original. If you dont know how, try. I taught my 6 year old sister how, and am now working on my dog :P

The one Alcohol installs on your system. Try expert install while installing Alcohol. You will see what I mean ;)

I dont remember the driver name. In the Alcohol setup if you select expert install it will give you an option to rename the drivers.

Yes, Select expert install and when it comes to the part where it says the driver names rename them to whatever you want but stay at 8 characters or less.

What version of Daemon are you using. Supposed to work with 3.47. If not all I can say is try using Alcohol 120. It does work with Alcohol.

And did you rename the drivers in Alcohol 120?

I've mounted the 500k img with Daemon Tools 3.47 though it won't run due to "detecting emulation software" is there anyway around this?

And you renamed the drivers as stated earlier in this thread? Is Alcohol the only drive emulator program you have installed? Even if you rename the drivers in Alcohol it still might see the drivers for another program such as Daemon tools.

Yeah, i cannot get past the emulation detector either. I've tried both the latest version of Daemon tools, and Alcohol 120%. I've tried it with the mini image, and the real CD#1 image. Nothing will get past this emulation detector.

Any more hints?

No help here? Darn.

If you did the pro install of Alcohol 120 and renamed the drivers it still might find Daemon tools. You might have to uninstall Daemon tools to get it to work or else try SR7.stop to hide your emulated drives. Otherwise don't know what else to try.
