Hey, this is not a request for a crack... :)
I just wanted to ask if there already is any release by a group (not that clone crap, with a real crack) of that game.
And what protection it has? I'm still playing with original since making an image didnt work...
Is it Securom? It has the typical Securom DVD scan cursor appearing at startup...It is NOT SF, didnt ask me to reboot.
Scanning the game exe didnt help with PID.
At last: What is the possibility of a crack? Is this game so popular that any groups make nocds ?

BTW: This game is crap, it isnt worth its money, just played through. Regarding PCGames you have to play about 18 hours for completing the whole 2 campaigns, i did it at Normal difficulty in about 7 hours...wtf...
maybe they tested the wrong version? and the graphics is horrible, the worst, it almost looks like part 1 but i have to play it at 800x600 AA off and anything else at high and it still runs with an average of 15 fps which makes me so damn angry, crap graphics with monster specs...
and the campaign of the Vietcong is so lame...they said on PCG the game has a fantastic war atmosphere, didnt notice that once ...
45€ in vein...better spend your money on good games such as FEAR or Quake 4 (both SP, i dont play any Multiplayer because of ISDN)
I loved Vietcong, was one of my alltime favorites, played it approx. 5 times...and now i was so happy that a new Vietcong comes up and then happens this. I hope Ptederon or what their name is dont do the same **** to Mafia 2, this is the best game i've ever played, and if they also create a ****ing main stream Mafia 2 game, i'll have to beat someones face...

Perhaps its not an issue with the protection but more to do with your hardware.

sure...but most People are having trouble to mulate Vietcong2.

Normaly i have not any Problems to emulate a securom7 Game..

Butr its not working with Viertcong2..also not with Antibax, SRT7.STop

They added a nice Thing of Blacklisting

We have to wait for a working crack

I can mount the image without any of those AntiBlaxx or Securom Stop crap although i used the standard Daemon and Alcohol Bus settings at install...
I dont know why you all have that problems ??

Just scanned the game and it's SecuRom 7.00.00.0049 DVD using aray scanner. Hopefully game is not that bad and someone comes out with a crack soon.:D
BTW Muji, what software are you using to make your backups with. If it's Alcohol 120 what settings are you using ie: in options and emulation, extra emulation and whatever other settings your using.

I have installed Vietcong 2 and done all the SR7.Stop things and that but I'm still getting the
**A required security module can not be activated. This program can not be executed.**
I think it would have to be that it has blackbanned Alcohol 120 but as I don't want to uninstall A120
I would appreciate if someone could give me any advice on this aswell???

I used Alcohol 120 with DPM read settings at high and 1x
rest with maximum speed...
to fix your problem with the security blah:
just set the .exe to Win2000 compatibility mode and it works fine...
i did not even need any of those AntiBlaxx crap or SR7 Stop...
An alternative to Alc120 is Blindwrite which is really good at creating Securom 7 backups
Edit:
Just tried ProEvoSoccer5 and it does not work without SR7 Stop, seems to be a different version of SecuRom7...

BWA Builder, BW Tweaker und lesen-brennen ohne Probleme mit LG GSA 4163.

Hi, as you can see i'm very new on this forum. Have seen many topics but i have a doubt and hope one of you could help me on: i don't know how to use antiblaxx. I read many and many msgs, tried to use it but no results. I would like to know WHEN should i use the antiblaxx; what file should i use on antiblaxx.
Could you please send me a very detailed description because everytime i tried it, i feel i will burn my pc.
