Quake 4 waiting for authorization fix

Found a fix for the wating for authorization problem...

Use a firewall that asks you to allow Q4 internet access (ex. ZoneAlarm)

Start Q4 through Gamespy Arcade

Click allow access when a window pops up, but don't click remember

Go shoot people
