Age Of Empire III - can not read message

hi,
I can not read the message from the game.
an example: click on exit, you get a message Yes/No. but I can not see the Yes or No

any idea?

Looks like a video driver problem, install the latest drivers for your card then try reinstalling DirectX 9.0c on the DVD too!

Patch up to 1.01, update vid driver and if that doesn't help write to tech suppport.
